Thailand is preparing to host the 2026 Annual Meetings.

We are pleased to share highlights from Thailand’s promotional booth at the Headquarters of the IMF and World Bank Group in Washington, D.C., United States, held during the IMF–World Bank Group Annual Meetings 2025. This event showcases Thailand’s readiness to host the Annual Meetings in 2026.

On 3 October 2025, the Thailand 2050: Climate and Water Futures V conference was held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center as part of the Sustainability Expo 2025, hosted by the World Bank Thailand

The objectives were to present policy ideas from the FPO’s new generation of civil servants and to listen to and exchange views with distinguished experts, academics, public agencies, and private-sector stakeholders—over 400 participants in total—on fiscal reform pathways to address Thailand’s structural economic and social challenges.
