Media Procedure

Temporary Entry of Audio‑Visual Equipment

Media representatives bringing audio‑visual equipment into Thailand must declare such equipment upon arrival to Thai Customs.

Journalists are required to download, complete, and sign the Temporary Entry Form for Audio‑Visual Equipment available on the official AM2026 media portal.

Filming and Recording Inside Venue

Media filming inside the official venues must adhere to access and accreditation rules set by the IMF, World Bank, and Thai host authorities. Specific media zones and press conference areas will be designated.

Filming or video production outside official venues requires prior notification to Thai authorities, especially in locations of political significance.

Requests must include:

  • Subject and purpose of filming
  • Locations
  • Brief synopsis
  • Crew details and equipment list
