ประเทศไทยรู้สึกเป็นเกียรติอย่างยิ่งที่ได้รับเลือกให้เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมประจำปีของกองทุนการเงินระหว่างประเทศ (IMF) และกลุ่มธนาคารโลกในปี พ.ศ. 2569 ซึ่งนับเป็นก้าวสำคัญในเส้นทางด้านการทูตและเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ การประชุมที่ทรงเกียรตินี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของไทยในการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศและการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน

Bangkok's Return as Host

In 1991, the Kingdom of Thailand hosted the Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group for the first time — a milestone that underscored the country's growing role on the global economic stage. Now, over three decades later, the Meetings return to Bangkok, reaffirming Thailand's commitment to multilateral cooperation, regional leadership, and its ongoing contributions to global economic dialogue in a rapidly evolving world.
