IMF–World Bank Group jointly thank Thai authorities for hosting the 2026 IMF–World Bank Group Annual Meetings. Dr. Kristalina Georgieva, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and Mr. Ajay Banga, President of the World Bank Group (WBG), hosted the IMF/WBG Meeting Secretariat Thank-You Reception to express their appreciation to Thailand’s organizing team and all those whose dedication and hard work contributed to the successful preparation and delivery of the 2026 IMF–World Bank Group Annual Meetings.
